Macomb Civic Theatre is a community based affiliate theater program of Sterling Heights Parks and Recreation. Macomb Civic produces theatrical shows in Sterling Heights.
Macomb Civic's goal is to produce, promote and educate our community in all aspects of the theater arts using amateur talent.
We are committed to an “open fair casting” policy. Anyone who auditions for our shows will be given a role. Everyone must audition to be in our shows.
All roles are competitively offered. For the past 7 seasons, kids and adults have been casted alongside individuals with special needs. It has been a tremendous success. We call it Noah's Ark.
Every season Macomb Civic Theatre changes Directors, Music Directors and Choreographers. We do this to give other creative individuals the opportunity to work with us.
